Notion and OneNote

Send a copy of a meeting’s notes to a workspace you already use. Your notes stay in SummitScribe. The destination gets a page that follows the same sections as the PDF export.

Evernote is listed as coming soon and is not connected yet.

Connect

1. Open Account settings.
2. Find Destinations.
3. Connect Notion or Connect OneNote and finish OAuth.
4. Pick the parent (Notion page/database or OneNote section/notebook) where new pages should go.
5. Choose the payload: notes only, notes + AI, or full (includes transcript).
6. Optionally enable auto-push after AI finishes. Auto-push stays off until a parent is chosen.

Tokens are stored encrypted. Disconnect removes the connection for new sends; pages already created in Notion or OneNote are not deleted.

Send a meeting

On the meeting, open Send to and pick a connected destination. If a page already exists you can keep both or replace. Replacing overwrites that remote page — local User Notes are unchanged.

Microsoft / OneNote

Your organization may need to allow the SummitScribe app (admin consent or publisher verification). If connect fails with a Microsoft error, an admin usually has to approve the app in Entra.

Notion

Use a Notion account that can create children under the parent you picked. If send fails, reconnect from Account settings.

Privacy

Connecting a destination is optional. We only send what you ask, to the account you authorized. See the Privacy Policy sub-processor table.
