When to use this template

Use it when the structure of the content is the point — a lecture you want to revisit as branches rather than prose, a brainstorming session you want to keep as a tree, an onboarding conversation whose parts and sub-parts matter. Fields captured

Central topic — the root idea.
Branches — a recursive tree of nodes, typically 2–4 levels deep. Each node has a label, optional notes, optional priority (high / medium / low), and nested children.
Key insights — standalone takeaways worth surfacing even outside the tree.

The standard summary and per-section summaries also apply. Attendees are listed.

Sub-views, role views, and pipeline artifacts

Sub-views: interactive mind-map tree (mind-elixir). Pinning a node chip does not disable pan / zoom; pinch and drag on a phone. Export flattens the tree into indented bullets.
Role views: none.
Pipeline artifacts: none.

How a large mind map renders

Very large meetings paginate the surrounding UI; the map itself still loads the stored tree. If the canvas looks empty on first open, use the toolbar's Expand all and Fit controls.

Exports

DOCX, PDF, and Markdown flatten the branches into indented bullets — one entry per node, with notes rendered as sub-bullets and priority badges preserved. Key insights get a separate block.
