Home repair or improvement: scope, materials, quotes, timeline, decisions, warranty notes.
When to use this template
Use it when you are planning a home repair, remodel, or improvement — meeting a contractor, getting quotes, deciding on materials, scheduling work, or capturing the scope of a DIY. The structure is built to track what's in scope, what materials and costs were discussed, the timeline, what was decided, and what warranties or guarantees were promised. For trip planning, see Travel Planning. For money details, see Finance & Budget.

Exports
PDF, DOCX, and Markdown render project metadata, scope, materials, and quotes (as a table) first. Timeline and decisions follow. Warranty notes get a dedicated block so they don't get lost. Open questions and action items appear at the end. Approved email drafts appear in exports too.
