Uploading audio

If the meeting already happened, upload a file instead of recording live.

How

1. On Home, open Upload.
2. Choose an audio file from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, a handheld recorder, or anything else your browser can pick.
3. Optionally set the template.
4. Start the upload. Large files go directly to storage, not through a tiny web function, so a 2–4 hour file can complete.

After upload

The meeting appears on Home and AI processing runs the same pipeline as a live recording: transcribe, speakers, sections, notes, vision if you add photos, then finalize.

You can add User Notes and photos after the fact. Photos taken long after the meeting may not get a transcript “near this moment” slice; live photos during the recording get a ±90 second window.

Hours

Upload duration counts against your monthly hours the same as a live transcript. See Plans and billing.
