Sharing, clips, and export

Export a document

From the meeting, export PDF, DOCX, or Markdown. The file includes:

  • Title, date, duration
  • Your notes (text)
  • Photos
  • Meeting summary and structured fields for the current template
  • Approved pipeline artifacts
  • Optional transcript
  • Branded header/footer on DOCX/PDF

PDF goes through a document converter so it matches the Word layout.

On the Windows and Mac apps, the file is saved to your Downloads folder and Finder or Explorer opens with that file selected. In the browser the file downloads as usual.

Share link

Create a share link for the whole meeting document (a snapshot at share time). Anyone with the link can view it; it is noindex. Revoke the link when you no longer want it public. Re-share if you need a snapshot that includes features added after the original share.

The public share page can also download flashcards when they exist.

Audio clips

On Audio or Transcript, save a named clip between 5 seconds and 10 minutes. You get a private link and a download. This is audio only — not video.

Revoke a clip the same way you revoke a share when you want the URL to die.

What sharing is not

Share links are not live-updating dashboards. They are frozen (or clip-specific) views. User Notes in SummitScribe remain editable on the meeting itself.
