Android upgrades

If Play owns Starter, Pro, or Ridge, open Account settings → View plans and tap Upgrade on a higher card. Cancel still happens in Google Play. Ultimate has no higher plan.

After you cancel in Play, Restore purchases (or wait for sync) so Account settings returns View plans instead of only Manage.

Website subscribe

On /pricing choose a paid tier. Stripe Checkout runs on the website and in the Windows / Mac apps. The Android WebView will not start Stripe. The iOS app will not start Stripe or Google Play.

Hitting the limit

If you use your hours, a limit dialog offers a higher plan (or Manage if the store already owns a plan). Existing meetings stay; new processing waits until next month or an upgrade.

Restore and refunds

  • Play: Restore purchases in Account settings. Refunds follow Google Play policy.
  • Stripe: invoices and cancellation in the portal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Complimentary

If an operator granted a complimentary paid plan (Starter, Pro, Ridge, or Ultimate), you have those hours at $0 revenue. Play and Stripe will not overwrite that grant.
