Customer Meeting
Category: Business & Professional
Sales / account / customer success call. Tracks pain points, decisions, next steps, and follow-ups.
When to use this template
Use it for any external, customer-facing call: discovery calls, demos, account check-ins, renewal conversations, support escalations. It is the right pick when your goal is to understand what the customer needs, what they decided, and what happens next on their side.
If the meeting is internal (your team, no external party), prefer Internal Meeting. For reseller or vendor enablement, pick Vendor Presentation instead.
Fields captured
- Pain points — the customer's problems, frustrations, or unmet needs discussed in the meeting.
- Decisions — choices the customer made or confirmed.
- Next steps — tasks with an optional owner and due date. Rendered as a table in exports.
- Follow-ups — open items to circle back on later, without an owner or due date.
- Key takeaways — the AI's prioritized summary points (High / Medium / Low).
The standard summary, attendees, and per-section summaries also apply.
Sub-views, role views, and pipeline artifacts
- Sub-views: none.
- Role views: Sales Engineer, Account Executive.
- Pipeline artifacts: Email draft (recipient, tone, optional subject hint). Battle card is not available here — it is a Vendor Presentation-only artifact.

Exports
