Account settings and your data
Open Account settings from the avatar menu or summitscribe.app/account/profile.
What you can change
- Name (greeting and “shared by” on exports)
- Password
- Default template
- Destinations (Notion / OneNote)
- Billing and restore purchases (Android)
- Download / export your data (where the export control is shown)
- Danger zone — type your email and close the account
Deleting some data
You do not need to close the account to delete a meeting, a photo, or a share/clip link. Open the meeting → Delete, or trash a photo with undo, or revoke a link.

Closing the account
Danger zone deletes account identity, recordings, transcripts, notes, photos, clips, and share links within 30 days, except records the law requires (for example tax / billing) and backups until they rotate.
Email info@summitscribe.app from the address on the account if you cannot sign in.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, and portability are described in the Privacy Policy. We acknowledge deletion and access requests within 30 days.
