Meeting tabs

After a recording (or upload) you work in one meeting. On a phone the primary tabs are Overview, Details, and Chat; other tabs sit under More. On a wide screen the full strip is visible.

Overview

First paint: meeting title, status, User Notes, photos, and AI summary cards (takeaways, actions, sections). Long meetings do not load the full transcript here.

Section navigator — jump to a section. On desktop it is a sticky rail; on phone it is compact.
Process chip — while AI is running you see progress without leaving Overview.
Chat — a floating entry on the phone.

Your notes stay at the top of the experience. AI is below / beside them.

Details

Template-specific structured fields, pipeline artifacts (charter, battle card, risk register, email draft), photo analysis, and related extras. Approve or reject artifacts here when the pipeline produced a draft.

Transcript

Full transcript with speakers. Open this tab when you need the words; it can be large on a 3-hour meeting. You can create a clip from a range.

Audio

Playlist of uploaded segments with a scrubber. Seek is for the whole meeting, not one file. Durations refine as the player learns each segment.

Study

Eligible templates (for example lectures / Pass the Test) offer flashcards, a practice test (four-choice quiz on Pass the Test — letters shuffled, length scales with a long lecture), and a mind map. See Study mode.

Role views

Generate a reread for a job (sales engineer, account executive, legal, project manager, executive sponsor) when the template allows it. See Role views and artifacts.

AI Processing

Progress timeline, errors, and reprocess controls (full, failed stages only, one section, synthesis-only). Prefer the cheapest recovery first. See AI processing.

Chat

Ask questions about this meeting. Answers should cite evidence from the transcript and notes. If you see “not enough evidence,” processing may still be running or the meeting may be too new.

Live vs after

While you are recording, the live layout hides the heavy tab strip and keeps notes + the live record bar. After stop, tabs return.
