When to use this template

Use it when you are capturing a research conversation - a literature-review meeting, a journal-club discussion, a research-sync call where the goal is to surface what is known, what is contested, and what to study next. Fields captured

Research question - the question the work is trying to answer.
Literature review - themes surfaced across the existing literature.
Citations - title, author, year, and source per reference.
Key findings - what the conversation established.
Methodology - how the work was (or will be) conducted.
Implications - what the findings mean for practice or further research.
Limitations - caveats and threats to validity discussed.
Open questions - unresolved questions to investigate next.
Next steps - concrete tasks with optional owner and due date.
Key takeaways - the AI's prioritized summary points.
